The Communal stage is where businesses are trying to develop identity and overcome conflict. It is imperative to develop clear communication channels.
The Formalization stage is based on efficient production. The emphasis is on continual improvement of employee skills and motivation.
The Elaboration stage is where businesses will need to adapt or renew. Businesses should discuss and implement new ways of organizing work tasks.
